Local label Paris Georgia has been named as this year’s winner of the Mercedes-Benz Presents award.
The award is a global initiative, recognizing those designers that are dedicated to delivering garments of the highest quality, through innovative design and unique style — aligning with like-minded designers based on their shared philosophies and values.
Paris Georgia joins predecessors like Carolina Herrera, Dion Lee and Derek Lam, and local labels including Zambesi and Knuefermann.
Designers Paris Mitchell-Temple and Georgia Cherrie will showcase their Fall Winter 2020 collection at New Zealand Fashion Week on Tuesday 27th August. The show will also feature two beautiful bespoke outfits designed especially for the event.
