The countdown until New Zealand Fashion Week is on and with less than 10 weeks to go, Knuefermann has been announced as the Mercedes Benz Presents designer of 2018.

The Mercedes-Benz show kicks off the fashion week festivities and is reserved for designers who demonstrate innovative designs and unique style. Previous winners include Dame Trelise Cooper, Kate Sylvester and Zambesi.
Designer Turet Knuefermann created the brand thirteen years ago. Her designs are simplistic and timeless making them so appealing to the New Zealand audience. Sticking to classic silhouettes and refined luxury pieces, the pieces are perfectly elegant and flattering whilst promoting a seductive modern undertone.
“Taking part in Fashion Week is a highlight for any designer, but to have the opening show allows a lot more freedom and is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity,” Knuefermann said. “It’s even more of an honour to do so in partnership with an incredible brand such as Mercedes-Benz.”
Knuefermann will be showing on Monday the 27th of August at the Viaduct Events Center. Describing the collection as “glamorous, aspirational and playful”, we are sure her collection will be amazing.
