Victoria Beckham scaled things back for her AW 2018 show, trading the runway for mini shows in the James Burden Mansion on Manhattan’s Upper East Side. The front row was as starry as ever – her husband, David, and three of their children were in attendance, snapping photos and videos for their Instagram pages – and the small, Renaissance-style setting gave viewers a rare close-up look at the clothes. (In September, Beckham will be back on the runway for a megawatt show in London to celebrate her brand’s 10th anniversary.)
Before those looks marched out, Beckham gave Vogue an exclusive behind-the-scenes preview. In the video above, she explains the hair and makeup look and models two of her new bags: a super-oversize tote (“Not only can I fit a lot of stuff in this bag, I can also fit my children in this bag!” she joked) and a teeny-tiny box bag to sling over the shoulder.
