Kiekie Stanners is MAC’s New Zealand National Artist, and was responsible for the makeup looks for some of the biggest NZFW shows, including Zambesi and Kate Sylvester.
Having started her career on the MAC. counter in Smith & Caughey, Kiekie is a self-taught artist who has worked with Lorde, Rita Ora, Natalia Kills, Broods and Ruby Frost, to name a few.
We caught up with Kiekie backstage during NZFW to talk about her career highlights and must-have MAC products. The talented artist also has some excellent advice for aspiring makeup artists on how to get into the industry.
