It’s now been a whole year since the COVID-19 pandemic first began causing global chaos as we watched it develop during AW20 Milan and Paris fashion weeks. The streets of Paris for AW21 are a world away from the bustle of previous years. Where there used to be throngs of attendees lining the streets outside shows, in stark comparison now, the streets are practically deserted as the majority of shows continue to be either digital or with a significantly reduced audience.

However, some brave editors, influencers and off-duty models continue to serve up street style looks. Trends we’re seeing so far include Seventies-esque vibes of leather, flairs. And of course, it wouldn’t be Paris without some monochrome magic.

Street style photographer Nick Leuze has captured the looks taking street style to the next level.
